Common use of Termination by Pfizer Clause in Contracts

Termination by Pfizer. 9.1 [*] months after the date of initiation of Pfizer Compound Production and occupancy of the Production Facility by Pfizer, Pfizer may terminate this Agreement, without cause, upon [*] months' notice to ArQule, effective at the conclusion of the [*]-month notice period.
