Termination by Executive Without Cause. Executive may terminate this Agreement without cause upon the provision of two weeks' prior written notice to the Company. Upon such a termination, the following payments will be made by the Company to the Executive:

Termination by Executive Without Cause. Executive may terminate this Agreement without cause upon the provision of two eight (8) weeks' prior written notice to the Company. Upon such a termination, the following payments will Executive shall receive the compensation set forth in Section 7 below. No other payment shall be made by to Executive under this Agreement other than the Company retirement benefit in accordance with Section 5(d) of this Agreement which has vested prior to the Executive:'s termination date and any other non-reimbursed business expenses.
