Common use of Termination by Executive Without Cause Clause in Contracts

Termination by Executive Without Cause. Executive may terminate his employment without cause by giving the Company thirty (30) days written notice of termination. If Executive terminates his employment without cause under this section, he will receive only his salary and benefits earned pro rata to the date of his termination. All other salary and benefits will cease on the date of Executive’s termination. At its option, the Company may pay Executive his salary and benefits provided in this Agreement through the effective date of his written notice of termination and immediately accept his termination.

Termination by Executive Without Cause. Executive may terminate his Executive’s employment pursuant to this Agreement without cause any reason by giving notice to the Company Company. Executive agrees to use Executive’s best efforts to provide at least thirty (30) days days’ written notice of termination. If Executive terminates may be required to perform his employment without cause under this section, he job duties and will receive only be paid his salary and benefits earned pro rata regular compensation up to the date of his termination. In such event, the Company will pay to Executive his salary and benefits provided in this Agreement through the effective date an amount equal to thirty (30) calendar days of his written notice of termination and immediately accept his terminationBase Salary.

All other salary Termination Date, vacation pay and benefits will cease on reimbursable expenses accrued and unpaid to the date of Executive’s termination.
