Termination by Employer Without Cause or by Executive for Good Reason. Employer may terminate the employment of Executive without “Cause” (as defined in subparagraph 4(a)) at any time during the Employment Period by giving written notice to Executive specifying therein the effective date of termination. Executive shall have the right at any time to terminate his employment with the Bank for any reason or for no reason.
