Terminal Services. (a) Contractor agrees to provide the following terminal related services as described in Appendix 1 hereto (“Terminal/Stevedore Services”). (b) Carrier agrees to compensate Contractor for Terminal Services in accordance with the rate or rates in the attached Appendix II hereto. (c) Carrier agrees to pay for extra labor Terminal services (“Extra Terminal Services”) at rates as provided in the attached Appendix II hereto.
