The term of Executive’s employment hereunder by Employer will commence on December 5, 2019 (the “Effective Date”) and will continue for one (1) year thereafter (the “Initial Term”). Following the Initial Term, the term shall automatically renew for additional one (1) year periods, unless either Party provides written notice of nonrenewal to the other Party not less than thirty (30) days prior to the end of the Initial Term or such one (1) year period (the Initial Period and any subsequent renewal periods, the “Term”).
