Common use of Term Position Clause in Contracts

Term Position. (a) The original term of this Agreement will commence on the Effective Date and extend through February 15, 2014, unless this Agreement is earlier terminated as provided herein (the “Term”). (b) Employee will continue to serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and report to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Employee agrees to devote Employee’s full-time attention, skill and efforts to the performance of Employee’s duties for the Company.

Term Position. (a) The original term of this Agreement will commence on Employee’s start date to occur on or before February 14, 2011 (such start date being referred to as the “Effective Date Date”) and extend through February 15, 2014, unless this Agreement is earlier terminated as provided herein (the “Term”). (b) Employee will continue to serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and report to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Employee agrees to devote Employee’s full-time attention, skill and efforts to the performance of Employee’s duties for the Company.

Term Position. (b) Employee will continue to serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Personnel Officer of the Company and report to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Employee agrees to devote Employee’s full-time attention, skill and efforts to the performance of Employee’s duties for the Company.

Term Position. (a) The original term of this Agreement will commence on November 5, 2013 (the “Effective Date Date”) and extend through February 15, 2014the third anniversary of the Effective Date, unless this Agreement is earlier terminated as provided herein (the “Term”). (b) Employee will continue to serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Executive Officer of the Company and report to the Chief Executive Officer Board of Directors of the Company. Employee agrees to devote Employee’s full-time attention, skill and efforts to the performance of Employee’s duties for the Company.

Term Position. (b) Employee will continue to serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Strategy Officer of the Company and report to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Employee agrees to devote Employee’s full-time attention, skill and efforts to the performance of Employee’s duties for the Company.

Employee agrees to devote Employee’s full-time attention, skill and efforts to the performance of Employee’s duties for the Company.

Term Position. (b) Employee will continue to serve as Executive Vice President President, General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer Secretary of the Company and report to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Employee agrees to devote Employee’s full-time attention, skill and efforts to the performance of Employee’s duties for the Company.
