Common use of Term of the Licenses Clause in Contracts

Term of the Licenses. The licenses granted to Shire by this Agreement are permanent, irrevocable, and paid-up during the Term of this Agreement and thereafter.

Term of the Licenses. The licenses granted to Shire by this Agreement are shall become permanent, irrevocable, and paid-up during up, on a country-by-country basis and a Licensed Product-by-Licensed Product basis, upon the expiration of the Term of this Agreement and thereafterin such country.
