Term of Services; Early Termination of Services. The provision of Services shall commence as of the Effective Time and shall continue until the date indicated for each such Service on the applicable Schedule unless terminated earlier pursuant to Section 3.02 or Article VI.

Term of Services; Early Termination of Services. This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Time and terminate upon the termination or expiration of all Service Periods, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the terms hereof and, in any event, no later than eighteen (18) months after the Effective Time (the “Term”).
