During such term, Publisher shall, pursuant to Section 13.1.3 below, safeguard and hold in trust and confidence and not disclose or use (except for the purposes herein specified) any and all of SCEA's Confidential Information.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, no portion of the source code for any software ever owned or developed by the Seller has been disclosed or licensed to any escrow agent or other Person.
