Common use of Term of Agreement; Amendment Clause in Contracts

Term of Agreement; Amendment. This Agreement shall become effective with respect to a Fund as of the date the applicable exhibit for such Fund is approved by the Board of Trustees of the Trust and will continue in effect for successive annual periods. This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon giving 90 days prior written notice to the other party or such shorter period as is mutually agreed upon by the parties. This Agreement may not be amended or modified in any manner except by written agreement executed by USBFS and the TrustCompany, and authorized or approved by the Board of TrusteesDirectors.

Term of Agreement; Amendment. This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon the Fund giving 90 60 days prior written notice to the other party Custodian or the Custodian giving 120 day prior written notice to the Fund or such shorter period as is mutually agreed upon by the parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement may be terminated by any party upon the breach of the other party of any material term of this Agreement if such breach is not cured within 15 days of notice of such breach to the breaching party. This Agreement may not be amended or modified in any manner except by written agreement executed by USBFS and the TrustFund, and authorized or approved by the Board of Trustees.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement may be terminated by any party upon the breach of the other party of any material term of this Agreement if such breach is not cured within 15 fifteen (15) days of notice of such breach to the breaching party. This Agreement may not be amended or modified in any manner except by written agreement executed by USBFS and the TrustAGA, and authorized or approved by the Board of Trustees.

Term of Agreement; Amendment. This Agreement shall become effective with respect to a Fund as of the conversion date the applicable exhibit for such Fund is approved by the Board of Trustees of the Trust Funds to USBFS as transfer date, such date is anticipated to be on or about April 1, 2013 and will continue in effect for successive annual periodsa period of five (5) years through March 31, 2018. This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon giving 90 days prior written notice to the other party or such shorter period as is mutually agreed upon by the parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement may be terminated by any party upon the breach of the other party of any material term of this Agreement if such breach is not cured within 15 days of notice of such breach to the breaching party. This Agreement may not be amended or modified in any manner except by written agreement executed by USBFS and the Trust, and authorized or approved by the Board of Trustees.

Term of Agreement; Amendment. This Agreement shall become effective with respect to a Fund as of the date the applicable exhibit for such Fund is approved by the Board of Trustees of the Trust first written above and will continue in effect for successive annual periodsa period of three (3) years and will be renewed annually thereafter. This Agreement may be terminated by either party USBFS upon giving 180 days prior written notice or Fund giving 90 days prior written notice to the other party or such shorter period as is mutually agreed upon by the parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement may be terminated by any party upon the breach of the other party of any material term of this Agreement if such breach is not cured within 15 30 days of notice of such breach to the breaching party. This Directors .This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon giving 90 days prior written notice to the other party or such shorter period as is mutually agreed upon by the parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement may be terminated by any party upon the breach of the other party of any material term of this Agreement if such breach is not cured within 15 days of notice of such breach to the breaching party. This Agreement may not be amended or modified in any manner except by written agreement executed by USBFS and the Trust, and authorized or approved by the Board of Trustees. In the event that such amendment or modification affects the Advisor, the written agreement shall also be signed by the Advisor.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement may be terminated by any party upon the breach of the other party of any material term of this Agreement if such breach is not cured within 15 fifteen (15) days of notice of such breach to the breaching party. This Agreement shall become effective with respect to a Fund as of the date the applicable exhibit for such Fund is approved by the Board of Trustees of the Trust first written above and will continue in effect for successive annual periodsa period of one (1) year and thereafter will continue indefinitely. This Subsequent to the one-year period, this Agreement may be terminated by either party upon giving 90 60 days prior written notice to the other party or such shorter period as is mutually agreed upon by the parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement may be terminated by any party upon the breach of the other party of any material term of this Agreement if such breach is not cured within 15 days of notice of such breach to the breaching party. This Agreement may not be amended or modified in any manner except by written agreement executed by USBFS USBFS, the Company and the Trust, and authorized or approved by the Board of TrusteesFund.

This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon the Fund giving 90 60 days prior written notice to the other party Custodian or the Custodian giving 120 days prior written notice to the Fund or such shorter period as is mutually agreed upon by the parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement may be terminated by any party upon the breach of the other party of any material term of this Agreement if such breach is not cured within 15 days of notice of such breach to the breaching party. This Agreement may not be amended or modified in any manner except by written agreement executed by USBFS and the TrustFund, and authorized or approved by the Board of Trustees.
