Term Limits. No Awards may be granted under the Plan prior to June 1, 2011 (or the date of the stockholders' initial approval of the Plan, if later) or after the tenth anniversary of the Board's approval of the Plan, i.e., March 1, 2021. Awards granted within the specific period may extend beyond that date, however.
