Common use of TERM; EXERCISE Clause in Contracts

TERM; EXERCISE. This Option will expire on March 12, 2010, subject to earlier termination as provided herein (the "Termination Date"). This Option is exercisable at anytime prior to the Termination Date except as otherwise provided by the terms of this Option. In no event may a fraction of a share of Common Stock be purchased under this Option. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, this Option may only be exercised if the Optionee is employed by the Company at the time of such exercise.

TERM; EXERCISE. This Option will expire on March 12February 23, 20102004, subject to earlier termination as provided herein (the "Termination Date"). This Option is exercisable at anytime prior to the Termination Date except as otherwise provided by the terms of this Option. In no event may a fraction of a share of Common Stock be purchased under this Option. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, this Option may only be exercised if the Optionee is employed by the Company at the time of such exercise.

This Option is exercisable at anytime prior to the Termination Date except as otherwise provided by the terms of this Option. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, this Option may only be exercised if the Optionee is employed by the Company at the time of such exercise.

This Option is exercisable at anytime prior to the Termination Date except as otherwise provided by the terms of this Option. In no event may a fraction of a share of Common Stock be purchased under this Option. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, this Option may only be exercised if the Optionee is employed by the Company at the time of such exercise.

This Subject to the vesting provisions of Section 1 of this Agreement, this Option is exercisable at anytime prior to the Termination Date except as otherwise provided by the terms of this Option. In no event may a fraction of a share of Common Stock be purchased under this Option. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, this Option may only be exercised if the Optionee is employed by the Company at the time of such exercise.

This Option is exercisable at anytime prior to the Termination Date except as otherwise provided by the terms of this Option. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, this Option may only be exercised if the Optionee is employed by the Company at the time of such exercise.

TERM; EXERCISE. This Option shall be for a term of five (5) years and will expire on March 12May 13, 20102008, subject to earlier termination as provided herein (the "Termination Date"). This Option option is exercisable at anytime prior to the Termination Date except as otherwise provided by the terms of this Optionoption. In no event may a fraction of a share of Common Stock be purchased under this Option. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, this Option may only be exercised if the Optionee is employed by the Company at the time of such exerciseoption.

TERM; EXERCISE. This Option will expire on March 1213, 20102005, subject to earlier termination as provided herein (the "Termination Date"). This Subject to the vesting provisions of Section 1 of this Agreement, this Option is exercisable at anytime prior to the Termination Date except as otherwise provided by the terms of this Option. In no event may a fraction of a share of Common Stock be purchased under this Option. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, this Option may only be exercised if the Optionee is employed by the Company at the time of such exercise.

TERM; EXERCISE. This Option will expire on March 12June 10, 20102006, subject to earlier termination as provided herein (the "Termination Date"). This Option is exercisable at anytime prior to the Termination Date except as otherwise provided by the terms of this Option. In no event may a fraction of a share of Common Stock be purchased under this Option. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, this Option may only be exercised if the Optionee is employed by the Company at the time of such exercise.

TERM; EXERCISE. This Option will expire on March 12October 25, 20102005, subject to earlier termination as provided herein (the "Termination Date"). This Option is exercisable at anytime prior to the Termination Date except as otherwise provided by the terms of this Option. In no event may a fraction of a share of Common Stock be purchased under this Option. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, this Option may only be exercised if the Optionee is employed by the Company Subsidiaries at the time of such exercise, or at any time within 90 days of the date of termination of the Optionee's employment with the Subsidiaries.

TERM; EXERCISE. This Option will expire on March 12November 26, 20102011, subject to earlier termination as provided herein (the "Termination Date"). This Option is exercisable at anytime prior to the Termination Date except as otherwise provided by the terms of this Option. In no event may a fraction of a share of Common Stock be purchased under this Option. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, this Option may only be exercised if the Optionee is employed by the Company at the time of such exercise.

This Option is exercisable at anytime prior to the Termination Date except as otherwise provided by the terms of this Option. In no event may a fraction of a share of Common Stock be purchased under this Option. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, this Option may only be exercised if the Optionee is employed by the Company at the time of such exercise.

TERM; EXERCISE. This Option shall be for a term of ten (10) years and will expire on March 12May 13, 20102013, subject to earlier termination as provided herein (the "Termination Date"). This Option option is exercisable at anytime prior to the Termination Date except as otherwise provided by the terms of this Optionoption. In no event may a fraction of a share of Common Stock be purchased under this Option. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, this Option may only be exercised if the Optionee is employed by the Company at the time of such exerciseoption.
