Common use of Term Discount Plan Clause in Contracts

Term Discount Plan. A. Connection Central Bundle is available under a Term Discount Plan (TDP) for term commitments of one or two years. At the end of the TDP commitment period, Customer may renew the TDP for another one or two year TDP commitment period. If Customer does not specify renewal terms in writing 90 days prior to the TDP’s expiration, the commitment period and the discount in effect at the time of expiration will automatically be extended for 12 months. Customer can terminate service at the end of the commitment period with no penalty or obligation to continue the service.
