Common use of Term Appointment Clause in Contracts

Term Appointment. (a) (i) An employee who is employed continuously in an assignment of work that is anticipated to be or turns out to be thirty-nine (39) weeks or more (i.e. one thousand three hundred and sixty-five (1,365) hours) but less than one hundred and four (104) weeks (i.e. three thousand six hundred and forty (3,640) hours) shall be appointed as a Term Employee.
