Term and Termination of Agreement. This Agreement shall terminate upon the earlier of termination of the Advisory Agreement or on expiration of the Expense Limit Period. The obligation of the Adviser Advisor under Section 1 of this Agreement and of the Trust Company under Section 2 of this Agreement shall survive the termination of the Agreement solely as to expenses and obligations incurred prior to the date of such termination.

Term and Termination of Agreement. This The Agreement shall terminate upon on the earlier of the termination of the Advisory Agreement or on expiration of the Expense Limit Periodand January 31, 2014. The obligation of the Adviser Advisor under Section 1 of this Agreement and of the Trust under Section 2 of this Agreement shall survive the termination of the Agreement solely as to expenses and obligations incurred prior to the date of such termination.

Term and Termination of Agreement. This The Agreement shall terminate upon on the earlier of the termination of the Advisory Agreement or on expiration of the Expense Limit Periodand January 31, 2017 for all Funds and classes. The obligation of the Adviser Advisor under Section 1 of this Agreement and of the Trust under Section 2 of this Agreement shall survive the termination of the Agreement solely as to expenses and obligations incurred prior to the date of such termination.

Term and Termination of Agreement. This Agreement shall terminate upon the earlier of termination of the Advisory Agreement or on expiration of the Expense Limit PeriodDecember 31, 2008. The obligation of the Adviser Advisor under Section 1 of this Agreement and of the Trust Company under Section 2 of this Agreement shall survive the termination of the Agreement solely as to expenses and obligations incurred prior to the date of such termination.

This The Agreement shall terminate either upon the earlier of termination of the Advisory Agreement Agreement, with respect to the Fund, or on expiration of the Expense Limit PeriodJuly 31, 2020. The obligation of the Adviser under Section 1 of this Agreement and of the Trust under Section 2 of this Agreement shall survive the termination of the Agreement solely as to expenses and obligations incurred prior to the date of such termination.

Term and Termination of Agreement. This The Agreement shall terminate upon on the earlier of the termination of the Advisory Agreement or on expiration of the Expense Limit PeriodJanuary 31, 2024 for all Funds and classes. The obligation of the Adviser Advisor under Section 1 of this Agreement and of the Trust under Section 2 of this Agreement shall survive the termination of the Agreement solely as to expenses and obligations incurred prior to the date of such termination. The Board of the Trust is the only party that may terminate the Agreement or the Class Operating Expense Limit of a Fund class prior to expiration of the Agreement as set forth in this Section 2, upon notice to the Advisor.

Term and Termination of Agreement. This Agreement shall terminate upon the earlier of termination of the Advisory Agreement or on expiration of the Expense Limit PeriodDecember 31, 2011. The obligation of the Adviser under Section 1 of this Agreement and of the Trust under Section 2 of this Agreement shall survive the termination of the Agreement solely as to expenses and obligations incurred prior to the date of such termination.

Term and Termination of Agreement. This Agreement shall terminate upon the earlier of termination of the Advisory Agreement or on expiration of the Expense Limit Period. April 30, 2022 The obligation of the Adviser under Section 1 of this Agreement and of the Trust Company under Section 2 of this Agreement shall survive the termination of the Agreement solely as to expenses and obligations incurred prior to the date of such termination.

Term and Termination of Agreement. This Agreement shall terminate with respect to a Fund upon the earlier of termination of the Advisory Agreement with respect to such Fund or on expiration of the Expense Limit PeriodDecember 31, 2009. The obligation of the Adviser under Section 1 of this Agreement and of the Trust a Fund under Section 2 of this Agreement shall survive the termination of the Agreement solely as to expenses and obligations incurred prior to the date of such termination.

Term and Termination of Agreement. This Agreement shall terminate upon the earlier of termination of the Advisory Agreement or on expiration April 1, 2006, or with respect to the Sub-Advisor, upon termination of the Expense Limit PeriodSub-Advisory Agreement. The obligation obligations of the Adviser Advisor and the Sub-Advisor under Section 1 of this Agreement and of the Trust Fund under Section 2 of this Agreement shall survive the termination of the this Agreement solely as to expenses and obligations incurred prior to the date of such termination.

Term and Termination of Agreement. This The Agreement shall terminate upon on the earlier of the termination of the Advisory Agreement or on expiration of and January 31, 2024 for the Expense Limit PeriodFund and classes. The obligation of the Adviser Advisor under Section 1 of this Agreement and of the Trust under Section 2 of this Agreement shall survive the termination of the Agreement solely as to expenses and obligations incurred prior to the date of such termination.

Term and Termination of Agreement. This Agreement shall terminate upon the earlier of termination of the Advisory Agreement or on expiration of the Expense Limit PeriodAugust 13, 2015. The obligation of the Adviser under Section 1 of this Agreement and of the Trust under Section 2 of this Agreement shall survive the termination of the Agreement solely as to expenses and obligations incurred prior to the date of such termination.

Term and Termination of Agreement. This Agreement shall terminate upon the earlier of termination of the Advisory Agreement or on expiration of the Expense Limit PeriodApril 30, 2021. The obligation of the Adviser under Section 1 of this Agreement and of the Trust under Section 2 of this Agreement shall survive the termination of the Agreement solely as to expenses and obligations incurred prior to the date of such termination.

Term and Termination of Agreement. This Agreement shall will have an initial term as set forth in Schedule A. This Agreement may continue in effect thereafter for subsequent one-year periods upon written agreement between the Adviser and the Trust on behalf of a Fund. This Agreement will automatically terminate with respect to a Fund upon the earlier of termination of the Advisory Administration Agreement or on expiration of the Expense Limit Periodwith respect to that Fund. The obligation obligations of the Adviser under Section 1 of this Agreement and of the Trust under Section 2 of this Agreement shall will survive the termination of the this Agreement solely as to expenses and obligations incurred fees waived prior to the date of such termination.

Term and Termination of Agreement. This initial Agreement shall terminate upon the earlier of termination of the Advisory Agreement or on expiration April 30, 2025. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement shall automatically renew for additional one-year periods if not terminated, in writing, by either party before April 1st of the Expense Limit Periodeach year. The obligation of the Adviser under Section 1 of this Agreement and of the Trust under Section 2 of this Agreement shall survive the termination of the Agreement solely as to expenses and obligations incurred prior to the date of such termination.

Term and Termination of Agreement. This Agreement shall terminate upon the earlier of (a) the termination of the Advisory Agreement or on expiration (b) the end of the Expense Limit PeriodFund’s term pursuant to the Articles. The obligation of the Adviser under Section 1 of this Agreement and of the Trust under Section 2 of this Agreement shall survive the termination of the this Agreement solely as to expenses and obligations incurred prior to the date of such termination.

Term and Termination of Agreement. This Agreement shall terminate upon the earlier of termination of the Advisory Agreement or on expiration of the Expense Limit PeriodApril 30, 2005. The obligation of the Adviser Advisor under Section 1 of this Agreement and of the Trust under Section 2 of this Agreement shall survive the termination of the Agreement solely as to expenses and obligations incurred prior to the date of such termination.

This The Agreement shall terminate upon on the earlier of the termination of the Advisory Agreement or on expiration of the Expense Limit Periodand January 31, 2008. The obligation of the Adviser Advisor under Section 1 of this Agreement and of the Trust under Section 2 of this Agreement shall survive the termination of the Agreement solely as to expenses and obligations incurred prior to the date of such termination.

This The Agreement shall terminate upon on the earlier of the termination of the Advisory Agreement or on expiration of the Expense Limit PeriodJanuary 31, 2025 for all Funds and classes. The obligation of the Adviser Advisor under Section 1 of this Agreement and of the Trust under Section 2 of this Agreement shall survive the termination of the Agreement solely as to expenses and obligations incurred prior to the date of such termination. The Board of the Trust is the only party that may terminate the Agreement or the Class Operating Expense Limit of a Fund class prior to expiration of the Agreement as set forth in this Section 2, upon notice to the Advisor.

Term and Termination of Agreement. This Agreement shall terminate upon the earlier of termination of the Advisory Agreement or on expiration of the Expense Limit PeriodApril 30, 2011. This Agreement shall terminate upon the earlier of termination of the Advisory Agreement (and if such Advisory Agreement does not take effect, upon termination of the Interim Advisory Agreement) or on expiration of the Expense Limit Period. The obligation of the Adviser under Section 1 of this Agreement and of the Trust under Section 2 of this Agreement shall survive the termination of the Agreement solely as to expenses and obligations incurred prior to the date of such termination.
