Term and Suspension. [3.2.1 The provisions of this Clause 3 shall be deemed to have applied in relation to each BM Unit with effect from 00.00 hours on the [date hereof] [Commencement Date] and, subject always to Sub-Clause 3.2.2, shall continue thereafter unless and until the earlier of termination of the CUSC Schedule and termination of this Mandatory Services Agreement.
