TERM AND SCOPE OF THE CIA. A. Unless otherwise specified, the period of the compliance obligations assumed by GSK and its Affiliates under this CIA shall be five reporting periods, as defined below. The “Effective Date” shall be the date on which the final signatory of this CIA executes this CIA. The first Reporting Period shall be from the Effective Date through December 31, 2013. The second and subsequent Reporting Periods shall be from January 1 through December 31 of each of the subsequent four calendar years.
