Common use of Term and Commitment Clause in Contracts

Term and Commitment. During the period commencing on September 1, 2010 and ending on February 28, 2011, or such earlier date on which ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ consulting relationship with the Company is terminated as provided herein (the “Consulting Period”), ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall, at the Company’s request, provide consulting services to the Company as set forth in Section 6.2 below (the “Consulting Services”) during the Consulting Period.

Term and Commitment.
