Term and Commitment. The Term and Volume Commitments applicable to the Services provided under this Attachment are set forth in the Term and Commitment Attachment to this Agreement. The Services provided under this Attachment are Covered Data Services for purposes of the Term and Commitment Attachment.

2.2 The Contractor shall perform the services required by this Agreement for the Company for Consulting Services for the described work in section 2 of Middlesex County RFP # ADMN- 2024-02 during the term of this Agreement (the “Services”).
Term and Commitment. The Company hereby retains the services of the Contractor as of February 1, 2024 or as agreed to by you and the Company in writing (hereinafter referred to as the start of the “Service Period”) on the terms set out herein. The Contractor will be available to provide its services for up to 40 hours per week. The Contractor warrants that the services hereunder shall be performed exclusively by the Contractor.
Term and Commitment. This Agreement shall become effective as of the date written above and shall continue for a period of three years, after which it shall renew automatically for successive 12 month additional terms, unless otherwise terminated pursuant to the terms hereof. Global agrees to purchase all of its next generation broadband media gateways and related switches, softswitches and its service creation environment exclusively from Convergent for the Term of this Agreement and any renewals thereof.
