NETWORK STANDARDS AND MAINTENANCE. The parties will work cooperatively to provision and maintain a reliable network to support the PrimeInterconnect Service. The parties will exchange appropriate information, such as provisioning center contact numbers; maintenance contact numbers; escalation procedures; and network information, to achieve the desired reliability. In addition, at the request of AT&T, CUSTOMER will provide AT&T with the information specified in Schedule 2. Each party is responsible to follow the standards that may be agreed to between the parties.
