Common use of Term, Amendment and Termination Clause in Contracts

Term, Amendment and Termination. This Agreement may be modified or amended from time to time by mutual agreement between the parties hereto. The Agreement shall remain in effect for a period of one year from the date the Fund first accepts money for investment, and shall automatically continue in effect thereafter with respect to the Fund unless terminated by a party at the end of such period or otherwise on thirty (30) days' prior written notice. Upon termination of this Agreement, the Fund shall pay to the Bank such compensation as may be due under the terms hereof as of the date of such termination including reasonable out-of-pocket expenses associated with such termination.
