Common use of Tenant’s Right of Possession Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Right of Possession. Provided Tenant has performed all of the terms and conditions of this Lease to be performed by Tenant, Tenant shall peaceably and quietly hold and enjoy the Premises for the Term, without hindrance from Landlord or any party claiming by, through, or under Landlord, subject to the terms and conditions of this Lease.

Tenant’s Right of Possession. Provided Tenant has timely performed all of the terms and conditions of this Lease to be performed by TenantXxxxxx, Tenant shall peaceably and quietly hold and enjoy the Premises for the Term, without hindrance from Landlord or any party claiming by, through, or under Landlord, subject to the terms and conditions of this Lease.
