TENANT'S NOTICE TO LANDLORD OF DEFAULT. Should Landlord be in default under any of the terms of this Lease, Tenant shall give Landlord prompt written notice thereof in the manner specified in Section 12.1, and Tenant shall allow Landlord a reasonable length of time in which to cure such default, which time shall not in any event be less than thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of such notice.
