Common use of Tenant’s Conduct Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Conduct. Neither the Tenant nor their guests shall engage in any activity which interferes with the quiet enjoyment of other neighbors. Tenant agrees to keep the property clean, quiet and orderly. Failure by Tenant to abide by these terms, following written notice by Landlord, shall be grounds for termination of this lease.
