TENANT TO PAY FOR EXCESS INSURANCE PREMIUMS Sample Clauses
The 'Tenant to Pay for Excess Insurance Premiums' clause requires the tenant to cover any additional insurance costs that arise due to their specific activities or requests. For example, if the tenant's use of the premises increases the risk profile or if they request higher coverage limits, any resulting increase in the landlord's insurance premiums must be paid by the tenant. This clause ensures that the landlord is not financially burdened by extra insurance expenses directly caused by the tenant's actions or requirements.
