Common use of Temporary Supervision Clause in Contracts

Temporary Supervision. 27.01 Provided on each assignment four (4) continuous hours' work are so performed, whenever the Employer assigns a journeyman or skilled worker to be in charge of a group consisting of two (2) or more employees, the journeyman or skilled worker so assigned shall be paid a premium of five-and- a-half percent [5.5%] of the Lineperson Journeyperson’s current rate per hour for such hours so assigned.
