TEMPORARY SERVICE. Any requests by State Agencies in the Executive Branch to fill an existing preferred service position, as defined by Tenn. Code ▇▇▇. § 8-30-202, requires the prior written approval by the Department of Human Resources. If approved, the Contingent Workers may provide services for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days, unless otherwise approved by the Commissioner of the Department of Human Resources, or designee.
