Temporary Professional Clause Samples

The Temporary Professional clause defines the terms under which a professional is engaged on a short-term or non-permanent basis. It typically outlines the duration of the engagement, the specific services to be provided, and any conditions unique to temporary roles, such as limited benefits or flexible working arrangements. This clause ensures both parties understand the temporary nature of the relationship, helping to prevent misunderstandings about employment status and long-term obligations.
