Temporary Contracted Position Posting. A contracted position which is staffed with a temporary employee for any three (3) terms in an academic year and which will be continued in the following year shall be posted as outlined in Section 12.1. Unless the College, Association, and the temporary employee mutually agree to waive this requirement, the failure to post such a position will cause the temporary employee to be hired as a probationary employee.
