Temporary Construction Work; Access. The District hereby grants to Developer, its employees, agents, representatives, consultants, and contractors the right to enter, access, and use those portions of the District Property consisting of the Access Area depicted in Exhibit “A” for purposes of ingress, egress, and the performance of the Temporary Construction Work for the CMU Wall Improvements Project.
