Common use of Temperatures Clause in Contracts

Temperatures. In situations where the temperature in the Office of Special Constable Services or Parking Services is above 31 degrees Celsius or 87.8 degrees Fahrenheit, the Director or designate will provide relief for the employees working within the area. Relief could be, but is not limited to providing fans, cold liquids, additional rest periods, moving employees to a cooler area where possible.
