Common use of Telephonic Response Clause in Contracts

Telephonic Response. Employees authorized by their department head or designee to telephonically respond to emergencies, and who do respond between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. shall receive one (1) hour minimum pay per incident at the rate of time and one half.
