Telephone reconnection Sample Clauses

The Telephone Reconnection clause outlines the procedures and responsibilities for restoring telephone service after it has been disconnected, whether due to non-payment, technical issues, or other reasons. Typically, this clause specifies the conditions under which reconnection will occur, any applicable fees, and the timeframe within which service will be restored once the issue is resolved or payment is made. Its core practical function is to ensure both parties understand the process and obligations involved in re-establishing telephone service, thereby minimizing disputes and service interruptions.
