Common use of Telephone and Electronic Communication Clause in Contracts

Telephone and Electronic Communication. We may record and/or monitor any of our telephone conversations with you. If we do record, we do not have to keep the recordings unless the law says we must. When you give us your mobile number, we have permission to contact you at that number about your Account. Your consent allows us to use text messaging, artificial or prerecorded voice messages and automatic dialing technology for informational and account service calls. Message and data rates apply. You may contact us at any time to change these preferences. If you give us your email address, you consent to receiving communications electronically, including notices regarding your Account, rather than through U.S. Mail or other means, unless the law says otherwise.
