Common use of Technology Support Fee Clause in Contracts

Technology Support Fee. Supplier shall remit to the University a fee in the amount of TO BE NEGOTIATED (1.5%) (the “Technology Support Fee”) of the total Sales for the immediately preceding quarter. For purposes of this Section 6(b), Sales means the gross revenues generated from University purchases under this Agreement (net of any returns and excluding freight). A payment schedule is set forth as follows: Supplier shall remit the Technology Support Fee to the University electronically, using the ACH method of payment.
