Common use of Technical Representatives Clause in Contracts

Technical Representatives. The issuance of advice, approvals, or instructions by ▇▇▇▇▇’s technical personnel or other representatives shall be deemed expressions of personal opinion only and shall not bind Buyer except where an amendment to the Agreement has been duly approved by Buyer in writing.
