Common use of Technical Representative Clause in Contracts

Technical Representative. If it is determined by the ▇▇▇▇ that a technical representative is needed in a department (i.e., to select and train other staff on new software to enhance discipline-specific instruction), the faculty member elected will be compensated at a rate of 2 contact hours for every year that they provide such service. This amount will be paid as a non-contractual.

Technical Representative. If it is determined by the ▇▇▇▇ designated administrator that a technical representative is needed in a department discipline (i.e., to select and train other staff on new software to enhance discipline-specific instruction), the faculty member elected will be compensated at a rate of 2 contact hours for every academic year that they provide such service. This amount will be paid as a non-contractualin equal payments during the period of such service.
