Common use of Technical Report Clause in Contracts

Technical Report. No later than six (6) months prior to the Expiration Date (and in an updated form at return of the Aircraft), LESSEE will provide LESSOR with a Technical Evaluation Report in the form and substance of Exhibit O, as revised, and, in addition upon LESSOR’s request, will make copies available of (a) drawings of the interior configuration of the Aircraft both as it presently exists and as it will exist at return, (b) an Airworthiness Directive status list, (c) a service bulletin incorporation list, (d) rotable tracked, hard-time and life-limited component listings, (e) a list of modifications, alterations and repairs, (f) interior material burn certificates, (g) the Maintenance Program, (h) the complete workscopes for the checks, inspections and other work to be performed prior to return, (i) a forecast of the checks, inspections and other work to be performed within eighteen (18) months after return of the Aircraft, (j) a list of all no-charge service bulletin kits with respect to the Aircraft which were ordered by LESSEE from Manufacturer or the Engine Manufacturer, (k) current Engine disk sheets, (l) last Engine shop visit reports, (m) takeoff and cruise trend reports for the last nine (9) months and (n) any other data which is reasonably requested by LESSOR.
