TECHNICAL PROGRAM. BUSINESS PLAN ------------------------------------------- 5.1 The COMPANY shall complete a Technical Program Business Plan (TPBP) on a quarterly basis. The first TPBP is due within two weeks from the EFFECTIVE DATE of this Agreement. TPBPs shall include marketing and R&D plans.
