Technical Operations Support Availability. For all SLG Events, _______________ agrees to provide a specific technical operations support personnel (on-site and remotely) to address any _______________ technology issues which arise prior to or during SLG Events (e.g., power, projector or other issues). _______________ shall provide contact information for the remote (high level manager) and on-site technical support individuals (i.e., phone and email) for rapid intervention to address all issues.
