Common use of Technical Manual Clause in Contracts

Technical Manual. The functional requirements and performance standards issued to the Developer by the Scheme Administrator and in force at the time when technical information relating to the New Development is first submitted to the Site Audit Surveyor. The Site Audit Surveyor may agree to amendments to the performance standards. Such amendments shall form part of the Technical Manual provided they have been agreed in writing by the Scheme Administrator.
