Technical Coordinator. Each Statement of Work shall state the name, business address, and telephone number of the Technical Coordinators of each party. The Technical Coordinators of each party designated for a particular Statement of Work shall be responsible for technical and performance matters, and the transmission and receipt of both Deliverables and technical information between the parties, insofar as they relate to such Statement of Work.
Technical Coordinator. For each site covered, Customer will provide NHA with current names, email and physical addresses and telephone numbers of a technical coordinator and alternate/backup, who have a working knowledge of the supported Software as installed. The technical coordinator and backup shall be responsible for all sites and contact with NHA.

Technical Coordinator. The Executive Board is responsible for formulating the selection criteria for the Technical coordinator. The Executive Board appoints the Technical coordinator, who serves a two-year mandate. The Technical coordinator manages the communication among partners, the circulation of documents, drafts the meetings’ agenda, reminds PARTNERS of their duties, serves as an operational secretariat of the NETWORK.
Technical Coordinator. The Council staff member who oversees the activity. Year One. 1 July 2004–30 June 2005, the first program year of the PCPD. Year Two. 1 July 2005–30 June 2006, the second program year of the PCPD.
Technical Coordinator. The Technical Coordinator is empowered by the Collaboration Board to take day-to-day technical decisions in agreement with the spokesperson. The Technical Coordinator may nominate a Deputy Technical Coordinator who can act as a proxy if required, and whose additional functions shall be decided by the Technical Coordinator. He/She nominates and chairs a Subsystem Expert Board (including one responsible for each subsystem and the Telescope Manager). The composition of this Board must be approved by the CB. He/She is responsible for coordinating all hardware and online operation, maintenance and upgrade of MAGIC (operation, online monitoring, online data-checks, maintenance, repairs, installation of new equipment, data-taking shifts). The Technical Coordinator has to make sure that correct telescope parameters (and possible technical problems) are appropriately taken care of in the analyses leading to the publication of MAGIC data and results. He/She is directly responsible for the activity of the Telescope Manager (See Annex 2 about the Telescope Manager responsibilities). The Technical Coordinator acts as the moderator of a MAGIC-technical bulletin-board and is in charge of sending emails on important technical issues to the MAGIC Collaboration Board or the general MAGIC collaboration list if needed.
Technical Coordinator. The Technical Coordinator will work in close contact with the Project Manager in order to assure the best quality on managing the overall project and assuring on-time and quality delivery to the Commission. Technical Coordinator. All aspects of the parties' performance under this Agreement will be monitored and coordinated by Mr. David S. H. Huang (the "Technical Coordinator"). All reasonable requests made by the Technical Coordinator will be adhered to by Licensee, including all requests that Licensee comply with the provisions of this Agreement.
Technical Coordinator. Customer will provide Mentor Graphics with the name, address and telephone number of a technical coordinator and alternate for each site covered by the Order. The technical coordinator and alternate must have a working knowledge of the Software products. Customer will immediately notify Mentor Graphics of any changes in the name, address or telephone number of the technical coordinator or alternate.
