Technical Cooperation. 1. Each Party shall promote technical cooperation by its standardization and metrology bodies, providing information or technical assistance, to the extent possible, and on mutually-agreed terms, to assist in compliance with this Chapter and fortify standards- and metrology-related activities, processes, systems and measures.
