Common use of Technical Communications Clause in Contracts

Technical Communications. Any technical or other communications pertaining to the Work shall be between Contractor’s Project Manager and Owner’s Representative or other representatives as agreed by both Parties. Each Party shall notify the other in writing of the names of such representatives.

Each Party’s representatives shall be authorized to act on behalf of such Party in matters concerning the Work.
