Common use of Technical changes Clause in Contracts

Technical changes. 8.1 SELLER is entitled to technically change the COMPONENTS without notice to BUYER; provided that the COMPONENTS continue to conform to the applicable specifications for the then-current COMPONENTS. Notwithstanding the foregoing, SELLER shall notify BUYER about the changes in writing at least three (3) months before start of production of the changed COMPONENTS. If SELLER makes technical changes to the COMPONENTS that will cause them to not conform to the applicable specifications for the then-current COMPONENTS then SELLER shall follow the procedure in Section 8.2.
