– TEAMSTERS HEALTH AND WELFARE PROGRAMS. 25.01 Effective January 1, 2022 (based on December 2021 hours), and each month thereafter during the period this Collective Bargaining Agreement is in effect, the Port agrees to pay to Washington Teamsters Welfare Trust c/o Northwest Administrators, Inc. for every eligible employee covered by this Agreement who was compensated for eighty (80) hours or more in the preceding month the following:

– TEAMSTERS HEALTH AND WELFARE PROGRAMS. 25.01 Effective January 1, 2022 2009 (based on December 2021 2008 hours), and each month thereafter during the period this Collective Bargaining Agreement is in effect, the Port agrees to pay to Washington Teamsters Welfare Trust c/o Northwest Administrators, Inc. for every eligible employee covered by this Agreement who was compensated for eighty (80) hours or more in the preceding month the following:
