Common use of Team Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Team Responsibilities. a) Any team receiving a game with 40+ minutes in penalties will receive a warning notice from the league, not including 10 minute misconducts. b) Any team receiving a second game with 40+ minutes in penalties will receive a one (1) game suspension for the coach and up to $150.00 fine, not including 10 minute misconducts. c) Any team receiving 40+ minutes of penalties in a 3rd game will receive a $250.00 fine and the coach will serve a 3 game suspension, not including 10 minute misconducts.
