Teachers Only Clause Samples

The "Teachers Only" clause restricts certain rights, benefits, or responsibilities exclusively to individuals who hold the position of teacher within an organization or institution. In practice, this means that provisions such as access to specific resources, participation in particular programs, or eligibility for certain protections are limited to staff members classified as teachers, and do not extend to other roles like administrative staff or support personnel. This clause serves to clearly delineate the scope of application, ensuring that only those intended—teachers—are covered, thereby preventing ambiguity or disputes over eligibility.
