Common use of Teachers at the Minnesota State Academy Clause in Contracts

Teachers at the Minnesota State Academy. for the Blind and the Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf shall be permitted to use accumulated vacation leave beyond the specified date ending the academic year. Teachers prior to May 1 of each year shall designate the amount of vacation hours to be used. Use of such accumulated vacation shall not entitle teachers for holiday pay eligibility or conversion of vacation leave to sick leave.
